It depend on the sleeves- they're not as easy as shoe swaps, but still. And I think if we search through some of the modern seperates- especially sweaters, we could find a sleeve.
Yes, one of the reasons I have few bodyshapes is I hate to use only one or two meshes for all outfits, and if I have nude + two or 3 for everyday + an underwear/sleepwear + outerwear for medieval I'm more likely to nab.
