Simple Veil and Flemish Hood-Teen to Elder Accessories

I pulled the veil off of the Celebrations updo, smoothed out the lump from the hair it was attached to and turned it into an accessory. It can be used with some of Walter's crowns and some of mine.

I also made a Flemish Hood using reference photos from Kat's Hats.

Both accessories are for teen to elder.

I think you have a few years before that happens. Some of us aren't about to give it up, no matter what driver updates necessary for other programs do to the shadows.

I have the TSM leather hood and milkmaid hat as accessories too. Finishing up with the bone assignments now. Should I make them unisex? I like the way they look and I would use them, just not sure if anybody else would lol

... And I will also be honest, I have no idea what those look like. Do you have WIP pics lurking anywhere, or maybe know where to find TSM pics that feature them? I'd offer an opinion if I knew.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you, RL things are oh so complicated right now.





I was going to make hair versions with no visible hair but couldn't decide if I wanted them in the hair bin or not. I like the shape of them but wasn't sure if they would work for men too.

No worries, RL comes first! And aha! I've seen one of those on a Sim and it's been something I'd hoped for as an accessory (partly because I've seen them worn over wimples like the Clubkitty/Marja hijab or your Nun/Noble veils without the veils).

A quick bit of research (skimming over a couple of blogs where I know I've seen hoods like those) suggest they were women's headgear rather than unisex, but I'm tempted to point out that while Androgyny menfolk have a couple of gown meshes to wear, they don't have any headcoverings that fit them.

Well, on my end, I offered to make a bunch of Piggi-wood recolors of an ATS nursery for somebody if she made some, um. Child-conversions of Perfect Tunics for me. *sheepish* Also a couple of shoe/sleeve swaps for all ages that hadn't happened yet, because I'm not a fan of the Robin Hood shoes, but I still feel sheepish.

(On the other hand, I'm one pregmorph, a teen conversion, and four horrifying frankenmeshes away from being able to put ALL the Medieval meshes I plan to recolor into one big bundle for Bodyshape conversion purposes.)

Pregnant morphs and teen conversions are quick edits, which meshes do you need? Four frankenmeshes? I have no children tomorrow :) What are we making?

I completed some accessories today. I wanted to share them tonight but my husband took the computer to work with him. I converted the TSM Physician Cap and Straw Hat to fit over my coif. I also converted the TSM Jester Hat as an accessory, built a better wimple, built another hood and made you a DuLac veil. It's all soft and flows nicely around the face. I also worked on Walter's hennins and converted the BB Tig tunic to teen and started on the maxis af size.
